Jennifer Davis of Domicile Real Estate Brokerage announced that a new restaurant, Eli's Table, has leased, with an option to purchase, the commercial property at 129 Meeting Street, formerly Joseph's Restaurant, in downtown Charleston. Eli's Table is the newest restaurant venture for the Charleston Hospitality Group (CHG) that includes Market Street Saloon, Sam's Corner, Toast and Tabbuli.
This spectacular Meeting Street commercial property on the peninsula of historic downtown Charleston has about 2,050 square feet with a garden dining area of approximately 1,030 square feet.
According to Danielle Foxworth, spokesperson for CHG, Eli's Table is named after the son of CHG CEO Sam Mustafa. Foxworth said they expect to open Eli's Table in the next two to three weeks and, once open, will serve "fresh, local, southern cuisine" for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, plus brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
